RATES: 1week/$520,  2wk/$989,  3wk/$1395,  4wk/$1743 (departure notice – prepaid 1 week).  30+ days no tax.

AIR CONDITIONNING OPTION: $275 for the season (charged at $50 per week if you choose to pay weekly)

NO LEASE – ONE WEEK NOTICE: Last week departure notice is payable up front at the weekly rate.  Then, you purchase a “Block” of 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks.  You may extend your stay for as long as needed by purchasing a new “Block” of time.

BOOKING: For booking this unit, last week payment is required immediately and balance is payable upon move-in.
