RATES:  1 week/$347  2 week/$633,  3 week/$871,  4 week/$1052 (departure notice – prepaid 1 week) 30+ days no tax.

NO LEASE – ONE WEEK NOTICE:  Last week departure notice is payable up front at the weekly rate.  Then, you purchase a “Block” of 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks.  You may extend your stay for as long as needed by purchasing a new “Block” of time.

BOOKING: For booking this unit, last week payment is required immediately and balance is payable upon move-in.
